Moroccan Lamb With Couscous And Broccoli | Recipe | TSC Food

1. 2 tbsp oil

2. 500 gms lean lamb

3. Cook for 3-4 minutes

4. 2 tbsp oil

5. 1 cup chopped onion

6. Saute for 1-2 minutes

7. 4-5 crushed garlic cloves

8. Saute well

9. Add the cooked lamb

10. 2 cups lamb stock

11. Stir & cook for 2-3 minutes

12. 1/4 cup grated orange zest

13. 1 cup orange juice

14. 1 tsp honey

15. Salt to taste

16. Pepper to taste

17. Stir & cook for 3-5 minutes

18. 4-5 sliced apricots

19. 1 tbsp ground almonds

20. Stir well

21. Cook on low flame for 30 minutes

22. Sprinkle chopped fresh mints
